Its colour is Indigo (a combination of red and blue). It is located at the centre of your forehead at eye level or slightly above. This chakra is used to question the spiritual nature of your life. It is the Chakra of questioning, perception and knowing. It is concerned with inner vision, intuition and wisdom. Your dreams for this life and recollections of other lifetimes are held in this Chakra.

Blockage may manifest as:

This chakra resonates to the energies of your psyche, your conscious and unconscious psychological forces.  The third eye is the spiritual centre in which the interaction of mind and psyche can lead to intuitive sight and wisdom.

It compels you to search continually for the difference between truth and illusion.  Discernment is more a task of the mind than of the brain. The brain commands the behavior of our physical body. The mind commands the behavior of our energy body.  In becoming conscious you are able to detach from subjective perceptions and see the truth or symbolic meaning in a situation.

SEEK ONLY THE TRUTH: The sixth chakra is about the power of the mind - our mental and reasoning abilities and our psychological skill at evaluating our beliefs and attitudes.
